Learning Licence (Sarathi) in Telangana

To drive in any part of India you are required by law to hold a valid driving licence issued by your regional RTO in the state you live. Similarly in Telangana it is necessary to get a driving licence issued by their regional RTO to be a legal Sarathi and be able to drive a vehicle in any part of the country.
