  • At the top of the page, there is the ‘Existing Customer’ tab. Click on that.
  • At the extreme right corner of the page, there will be the ‘Login’ option. Click on that.
  • You will be directed to a new page.
  • There, select the customer type, individual customer, or group customer.
  • For individual customers, you have to put the necessary details like your 10-digit registered mobile number or registered email ID, and click on the next option.
  • Put the necessary information as/if required. Else, you can also log in to your account using your Google ID or Facebook ID.
  • If you are a group customer, you need to put the user ID and password, and then, click on the ‘Go’ option. And, thus you can log in to your portal. If you forget your password or if you are a new user, or if you want to download the COI & CS statement, you can do the necessary actions from that page as well. Just remember, these facilities are available only for the group customers.
