Insurtech platform Probus has launched a new Ganesh Utsav brand film, ‘Ek Ganpati Mandap Ki Nazar Se…’, which tells the story of Ganesh Chaturthi through the perspective of a Ganpati mandap.
Created using an AI-led production approach, the film follows the mandap as it observes the preparations for Bappa’s arrival, along with devotees’ prayers, celebrations and quieter moments. The narrative connects faith and hope with the idea of being prepared for life’s uncertainties.
The film uses the familiar setting of a Ganpati mandap to bring out the many emotions that come with the festival – hope, devotion, family and the desire for a better tomorrow. It draws a parallel between seeking blessings and doing one’s part to protect what matters most. While faith provides strength and reassurance, preparing for life’s uncertainties remains a personal responsibility.
For Probus, the campaign is an extension of its approach to making insurance conversations more relatable and relevant to everyday life. Rather than leading with policies, premiums or financial terminology, the brand is using a cultural moment that is deeply familiar to consumers to introduce the idea of preparedness in a more human and emotionally resonant way. The campaign reinforces insurance as one of the ways individuals can protect themselves, their families and their future.
Commenting on the campaign, Rakesh Goyal, Director, Probus, said, “Insurance is often seen as a serious category, where there is limited room to experiment with how we engage and connect with people. The idea behind this campaign was to change that in a simple and relatable way – by taking a culturally significant moment and bringing insurance into the conversation through a creative lens. At Probus, we see AI as a powerful enabler of creativity, and this campaign is a reflection of how we can use technology not just to communicate differently, but to make insurance feel more engaging, relevant and closer to people.”
The campaign will be rolled out across Probus’ social and digital platforms, with a strong focus on YouTube, and will be supported by a wider digital amplification strategy. The hero film will be further complemented by shorter digital assets and social content.
