Step 3: In the next step, you will need to create an ABHA number using either “An Aadhar card” or a “Driving License”. Suppose, you click on the “Aadhar Card”. You will then need to enter your Aadhar number in the box. (Please ensure that the mobile number is linked with Aadhaar for OTP authentication.)

Step 4: then, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions and then enter the captcha code and then again click on the “Next” button. The moment you click on it, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. 

Step 5: Enter the OTP and then your mobile number. And then again click on the “Next” button. 

Step 6: After successful authentication, you will receive your ABHA number and card. This unique number will act as your PHR address. 

Step 7: In the next step, once you have obtained your ABHA number and card, proceed to complete your profile. After that, you need to provide the required information such as your personal details, contact information, and any additional details requested.
