What is Not Covered Under Bajaj Allianz M-Care Health Insurance Plan?

Following are the things not covered under Bajaj Allianz M-Care Health Inusrance Plan.

  1. Any of the aforementioned vector-borne diseases that are diagnosed within the first 15 days after the Plan’s start date are not covered. This exclusion does not apply to insured or insured persons, as the case may be, whose coverage has been continuously renewed for the next years, provided that there have been zero claims in the prior policies.
  1. If the Plan is chosen after the occurrence of any of the aforementioned vector-borne diseases, a 60-day waiting period will be in effect from the date of the prior hospitalization for the particular condition. However, if a benefit is paid within the Plan Period and the Named Insured decides to renew the Plan, the renewal Plan would be subject to a 60-day waiting period beginning on the date of the previous admission for the particular condition for which a claim has been paid.
  1. A 60-day cooling-off period will apply for the same illness in the renewed Plan chosen, but there won’t be a waiting period for any of the other listed vector-borne diseases if the Plan is renewed within 60 days of the date of admission of the previously paid claim for the named Insured/Insured Persons, as the case may be.
  1. A new waiting period of 15 days will be required for all mentioned vector-borne diseases if the Plan is renewed after 60 days from the day the previously paid claim for the stated Insured/Insured Persons, as the case may be, was admitted.
