Reliance Health Insurance is offering two methods for settling your health claims. They are – cashless and reimbursement claim process. Follow the steps below to settle your claims effortlessly.

Cashless claim settlement procedure:

  • For availing of the cashless facility, you need to get admitted to a network hospital of the company.
  • As soon as the hospitalization happens, intimate the company about the same on rgicl.rcarehealth@relianceada.com or contact our paid no. +91 22 48903009.
  • Submit the duly filled and signed pre-authorization form along with the required documents at the Third Party Authorization (TPA) desk of the hospital.
  • The hospital will contact the company and wait for the approval.
  • Once your claim is approved, avail of the treatments. The company will settle your hospital bills/
  • Do not forget to collect all the documents in their original form before leaving the hospital for further reference.

Reimbursement claim procedure:

  • If you receive the medical treatments in a non-network hospital of the company, you can file a reimbursement claim.
  • Immediately inform the company about the event of the hospitalization.
  • Clear all the bills and collect all the documents from the hospital in their original forms such as assigned doctor/surgeon’s certificate, prescriptions, pharmacy bills, hospitalization bill, discharge certificate, FIR report (if required) and etc.
  • All the documents have to be submitted to the company within 15 days of the hospitalization.
  • The company will verify and evaluate your claim. Cooperate with the insurer and do not produce any false documents.
