To track your policy go to their official website and click on the ‘Track’ option. Then you need to put your registered mobile number and then provide the necessary details that are asked. You can easily track your policy. Remember, ProHealth and Super Top products can be tracked only. Tracking of sales assisted cases is not available currently.

You can find out your nearest branch, network hospital, and diagnostic center of the company very easily online. For this, visit their official website and under the ‘Find us wherever you go’ option, you need to select the ‘Hospital’ option. After that, put your city name or the pin code and click on the ‘Locate’ option. Thus you can find their network hospital within your city.

At the time of the online renewal of the policy, you can use your health reward points.

The required documents are as follows:

  • Your policy number and policy document.
  • Address and ID proof.
  • Photographs.
  • All the medical, pharmacy, hospital bills.
  • Duly filled and signed claim form.
  • Discharge certificate.
  • OT, post mortem reports (if any).
  • Surgeon/doctor’s certificates
  • Investigation reports.
  • And other documents that are asked by the insurer.

There is no limit on the number of claims that you can file but the amount should not exhaust the sum insured.

You can download your health e-card by visiting their official website, under the ‘Claim; section. There you need to enter your policy number, name, and OTP that will be sent to your registered mobile number and email. After the verification of the OTP, you can view your E-card.

For tracking your claim go to the claim section on the official website of the company. There you will find the ‘Track Claim Status’ section. Put your policy number and date of birth and submit.
