Cashless Claim:
You can avail of the cashless claim facility only if you have opted for a network garage of the company. Step by step details is given below for the cashless claim process.
- As soon as the incident happens, inform the insurer either online or offline.
- A surveyor will be appointed on behalf of the company to inspect the vehicle and evaluate the gravity of the damage and incident. The surveyor will make a report on that. You need to preserve it for future reference.
- Produce all the required documents as requested by the surveyor. Co-operating with the surveyor is very important.
- Meanwhile, you can take the car to the preferred network garage for saving it further damage.
- If your claim has no dispute, it will be approved and the claim amount will be communicated to the workshop or garage.
- Payment will be directly paid to the FG approved workshop only. You only have to pay the voluntary excess as mentioned in the policy and the depreciation value as informed by the surveyor.
- If any discrepancy is found in the claim, your claim will not be approved and the same will be communicated to you stating the reason via email, SMS, call, or post.
Reimbursement Claim:
For availing of a reimbursement claim, you do not have to opt for the network garage of Future Generali. Rather, you can choose any garage or workshop of your choice. The following are the steps of the reimbursement claim process for Future Generali.
- You need to intimate the insurer as soon as the claim has been raised either offline or online.
- A surveyor will be appointed to inspect the vehicle and evaluate the extent of the damage.
- Provide all the documents that are required and co-operate with the surveyor.
- Meanwhile, you can take your damaged car to the workshop or garage of your choice to avoid further damage.
- Once the repair is done and your car is ready, pay the expenses and preserve all the bills.
- Then, submit the bills along with the payment receipt to the surveyor or FG branch.
- If everything is okay and the company is satisfied, Future Generali will make payment to the insured in 7 working days from the date of submission of the final documents.
Quick Claim:
Future Generali has also arranged for a quick claim option to save the time of its consumers for their convenience. How you can avail of this quick claim benefit is described below.
- Go to the official website of Future Generali Total Insurance Solutions.
- On the top of the homepage, you will find the Claim tab. Click on that and select the Motor Claim option.
- On the landing page, you will find the Initiate Quick Claim tab and besides that, there will be the Open A Claim option. Click on that.
- After that, a claim form will be there before you. Fill it with required details such as insured details, claim details, etc.
- Then click on the Submit option and your claim is filed with Future Generali.

For Own damage claim:
- Copy of the Certificate of Insurance cum Policy Schedule
- Claim form

For third party claim:
- Claim form duly filled and signed
- Copy of the Certificate of Insurance cum Policy Schedule
- Copy of Driving License of the driver at the relevant time of the accident (with original for verification)
- FIR / Police Panchnama
